Johnson Diversey

Johnson Diversey is a trans-continental corporation with a vast catalogue of internationally recognised cleaning products such as Mr Muscle, Oust, Pledge and Raid.  In addition to these consumer products, Johnson Diversey provides business-grade hygiene solutions to a variety of different industries. National headquarters are based in Northampton and house upwards of 200 users, while another 200+ home workers are spread out across the UK.    

As with any large business group, Johnson Diversey looks to cut costs wherever possible.  With telecoms being such a competitive industry these days, management naturally turned to communications systems – particularly the telephony infrastructure – to see what sort of changes could be made.   

Goal:

• Cut costs by instilling changes to telephony use.
• Ensure bill management is simple for home workers.

Solution:

Following industry research Johnson Diversey found that Primus offered the competitive rates needed to increase savings and facilitate expenses for satellite employees.  With Primus’ Indirect Access product, this company was able to reprogram their PBXs to route calls via the Primus network. The tele-workers are now using Primus’ Short Dial Codes – which direct calls to our network making expense reports and billing much simpler for accounts.
